Role Description

This is a fully remote role for a clinical Mental Health Therapist/Counselor. The therapist will be responsible for providing individual therapy and developing treatment plans utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.

Necessary Qualifications

• Licensure in mental health counseling or related field in the state of CT (PsyD/PhD, LPC, LCSW, etc.)
• Experience in providing individual therapy/counseling
• Expertise in treating conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, etc.
• Knowledge of evidence-based approaches and techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently
• Strong empathy and listening skills
